How do silicone and vinyl differ?
They are different materials. The material is recorded on each confirmed product listing. Do not assume a vinyl doll is full silicone. Ask for details if a specification is unclear.
Can artists order unpainted products?
Confirmed unpainted blanks and kits can be listed in For Artists. Painting compatibility, sculpt details and package contents must be confirmed for the selected item.
How do I apply for wholesale pricing?
Register an account, sign in and submit the wholesale application in your account. Prices are available only after the team approves the application and sets prices for the product.
Can I customize a doll?
Use the inquiry form. Options vary by product, and our team confirms them before quoting.
What is the shipping cost?
Configured, confirmed delivery rates appear at checkout. If the destination or package has no accurate rate, request a shipping quote before payment.
Which payment methods are available?
Checkout displays only configured payment methods. Availability depends on the merchant’s approval. Our default deployment does not enable live payments.
Are these products certified toys?
Classification and safety obligations depend on actual design, use and market. Product safety documentation must be verified per product; an adult collector label alone does not establish an exemption.
